Operator Market Research

Find out if people will pay before you build anything.

Prompt 01

Market map in 30 minutes

Build a market map for [NICHE / PROBLEM]. Identify: the 4–6 customer segments who have this problem, how urgently each feels it, what each pays for today (products, services, workarounds, doing nothing), who sells to them, where they gather online and offline, and how easy each is for a solo operator to reach in the UK. Output a table and highlight the one segment with the best combination of pain, budget and reachability. Say what I'd need to verify before trusting the map.
Prompt 02

Customer-language mining from reviews and forums

Mine customer language. Paste 20–50 snippets from reviews, Reddit threads, Facebook groups or comments about [PROBLEM / PRODUCT CATEGORY]: [SNIPPETS]. Extract: the exact phrases people use for the pain, the outcome they want, the objections and fears, the words they use for the product type, and the emotional tone. Group into themes with frequency counts. Give me 10 verbatim phrases I should use in headlines and 5 I should avoid because only sellers say them.
