Operator brief — the context block I paste before everything
Help me write a reusable operator brief (150–250 words) that I paste at the top of any AI session. Include: who I am [BACKGROUND], my business and stage [BUSINESS], my customer [CUSTOMER], my voice in 3 adjectives [VOICE], my constraints (time, budget, UK market, no income guarantees, no fake testimonials), my preferred output style (tables, numbered steps, British English, no filler), and what to do when unsure (ask one question or state assumptions). Return it as a clean block I can save.

Prompt upgrader — turn a weak ask into a precise one
Upgrade this weak prompt: [WEAK PROMPT]. Diagnose what's missing (role, context, inputs, constraints, output format, success criteria, examples). Rewrite it as a strong prompt with clearly labelled [PLACEHOLDERS] for anything I'd fill in. Then give a second version optimised for a short answer and a third optimised for a thorough one. Explain in 3 lines what changed and why it will produce better output.
