Stag Vault Affiliate Terms
The rules for the Stag Vault Affiliate Partners programme. Please read them before applying or sharing a link.

1. Eligibility and approval
Applications are reviewed individually through the Rewardful-powered programme. We may decline or remove any applicant at our discretion. Affiliates must be 18 or over and must not be existing customers seeking commission on their own purchase.
2. Commission calculation
The standard commission is 30% of the eligible net purchase amount received by Stag Vault. Approved founding affiliates may receive 40% during a separately controlled introductory campaign. Rewardful's records are the source of truth for referrals, commissions and payout status.
3. Taxes and transaction treatment
Commission is calculated on the net amount after payment-processing fees, discounts and any taxes collected. Affiliates are responsible for their own income tax, VAT and reporting obligations.
4. Qualifying new-customer purchases
Only a first purchase by a new customer who arrived through your tracked link within the 60-day cookie window qualifies. One commission is paid per referred customer. Upgrades, renewals or later purchases by the same customer do not earn further commission unless we announce otherwise.
5. Refunds, chargebacks and cancellations
If a referred purchase is refunded, charged back or cancelled, the related commission is reversed or adjusted. Stag Vault offers a 14-day no-questions refund, which is why commissions are held before approval.
6. Pending period
Commissions remain pending for 30 days after the purchase to allow for the refund period, then become eligible for payout if not reversed.
7. Minimum payout and schedule
Approved commissions are paid monthly via Rewardful's supported payout methods once your approved balance reaches £50. Balances below the threshold roll over.
8. Disclosure obligations
You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship wherever you share a link, in line with UK CMA/ASA guidance and any local rules. Example disclosure: “I may receive a commission if you purchase Stag Vault through this link, at no additional cost to you.”
9. No misleading income claims
You must not state or imply that Stag Vault guarantees income, profit or business results. Stag Vault provides tools, playbooks and workflows; results vary. You must not invent customer results, testimonials, ratings or statistics.
10. Prohibited conduct
The following are prohibited: spam (email, DM, comment or forum); cookie stuffing or forced clicks; self-referrals or referrals of household members or companies you control; impersonating Stag Vault, its founder or staff; paid advertising that uses protected Stag Vault brand terms or misspellings, or that sends traffic directly to stagvault.co.uk; false discounts, invented bonuses or coupon codes we have not issued; promotion on or alongside unlawful, discriminatory, hateful, adult or otherwise harmful content; duplicate affiliate accounts; incentivised or fraudulent traffic.
11. Investigation and reversal
We may investigate any referral we consider suspicious and withhold or reverse commissions that result from prohibited conduct, fraud or breach of these terms.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time for breach of these terms, and you may leave the programme at any time. Approved, unreversed commissions earned before termination for reasons other than breach will still be paid.
13. Changes to the programme
We may change commission rates, cookie windows, payout terms or these terms with reasonable notice through the affiliate portal or by email. Changes apply to referrals made after the effective date.
14. Data protection and privacy
Affiliate and referral data is processed by Rewardful and Stripe on our behalf. Referral tracking uses a first-party cookie and a referral identifier passed to Stripe at checkout. See our Privacy Policy for details.
15. Governing law
