1. Who we are
Stag Vault is a members-only library of AI prompts and supporting tools published at stagvault.co.uk. By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to these terms.
2. What you get
Free accounts can browse all 129 tracks and run up to 10 AI prompts per day on the free tracks. Paid accounts (monthly subscription or one-time lifetime purchase) unlock all prompts, unlimited AI runs (subject to a fair-use ceiling — see §6), every advanced GTM block, and access to every new weekly Friday Drop track.
3. Immediate access — 14-day no-questions refund
When you complete checkout, the vault opens immediately. Every purchase is covered by our 14-day no-questions refund — no forms, no arguments. Email hello@stagvault.co.uk within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund every penny back to the original payment method within 5 business days.
This applies whether or not you have accessed the app or run any AI prompts — we think that's the fair way to sell digital products in 2026.
Monthly subscription
- You can cancel future renewals at any time from the account portal.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep access until the current paid period ends.
- The 14-day refund window applies to the initial purchase; after 14 days, prior monthly charges are non-refundable but you can cancel to stop future billing.
Lifetime purchase
- Refundable in full within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.
- After 14 days, the sale is final.
Promotional purchases (Starter Pack, Modular Bundles, coupon-discounted): all follow the same 14-day no-questions refund policy above.

4. Intellectual property + watermarking
All prompts, copy, design, and software in Stag Vault are owned by Stag Vault Ltd. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the prompts for your own income-generating purposes.
You may not: redistribute prompts, republish them on a competing platform, or share them with non-members. Every prompt page displays a subtle per-user watermark — any leaked screenshot can be traced back to the account that captured it. Sharing or redistributing prompts is grounds for immediate account termination without refund.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the vault for content that is illegal in the UK, designed to defraud third parties, promotes hate, or violates the Terms of Service of the platforms our prompts integrate with (OpenAI, Stripe, TikTok, Meta etc).
6. Fair-use AI runs
Paid accounts have unlimited AI runs subject to a fair-use ceiling (currently 100 runs/day and 8 runs/minute) to prevent automated abuse. Real human usage will never approach this ceiling. If you have a legitimate need for higher limits, email us.
7. Service availability
We aim for 99.5% uptime but Stag Vault depends on third-party services (OpenAI, Stripe, MongoDB, our hosting provider) that occasionally fail. Outages do not entitle you to a refund, but if a service is unavailable for more than 14 consecutive days we will, at our discretion, extend your subscription or refund pro-rata.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms (especially §4 and §5). Termination for cause forfeits any remaining subscription credit and is non-refundable.
9. Changes to these terms
We update these terms periodically. Material changes are emailed to active members at least 14 days in advance. The current version always lives at this URL.
