Refund Policy

1. The 14-day, no-questions refund window
Stag Vault is a digital service. You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions, no forms, no arguments.
This applies to every product we sell: Starter Pack, Modular Bundles (Content, Commerce, Consulting), and the Complete Vault lifetime purchase.
Email hello@stagvault.co.uk from the address you signed up with. We process eligible refunds within 5 business days back to the original payment method.
2. When your right to refund ends
The 14-day window closes — and the sale becomes final — when 14 calendar days have passed from purchase.
You keep the 14-day window even if you have already accessed the app, run AI prompts, or downloaded materials. We think that's the fair way to sell digital products in 2026.
This exceeds the minimum period required by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
3. Promotional purchases
Discounted or promotional purchases follow the same 14-day, no-questions policy. There is no shorter refund window for discounted sales.
4. Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — we don't pro-rate part-months.
If you were charged after intending to cancel and we can verify that from your activity, email us and we'll refund as a one-off goodwill gesture.
5. Chargebacks
If you have a refund concern, please email us first — we resolve almost every request the same day. Chargebacks bypass our process and may result in account suspension while the dispute is resolved.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you believe the product was misrepresented or significantly different from its description, contact us and we'll work with you to resolve it fairly.
