Refund Policy

1. The 7-day refund window
Stag Vault is a digital service. You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not yet used the AI prompt runner.
Email hello@stagvault.co.uk with the email address you signed up with. We process eligible refunds within 5 business days back to the original payment method.
2. When your right to refund ends
The 7-day window closes — and the sale becomes final — when:
- You run your first AI prompt through the in-app runner; or
- 7 calendar days pass from purchase, whichever happens first.
This reflects the immediate-access nature of the product and is permitted under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, Regulation 37 — which provides that a consumer's right to cancel a digital content supply contract ends once supply has begun, provided express consent and acknowledgement were given.
You give that consent by ticking the “I agree to immediate access” checkbox at checkout. Without that consent, no purchase can be completed.
3. Special promotions
Promotional purchases (e.g. TIKTOK50, TALBOT25) follow the same 7-day / first-AI-run policy — there is no shorter refund window for discounted sales.
For the TALBOT25 campaign specifically: each sale carries a £10 pledge to Auchinleck Talbot F.C., displayed as a running total on stagvault.co.uk/talbot. If you receive a refund, the £10 pledge linked to your purchase is automatically deducted from the public running total. This keeps the figure shown to supporters honest. The final donation to the club is the net total at midnight on 31 July 2026 — any sales refunded between then and the donation handover are also deducted from the amount transferred.
4. Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — we don't pro-rate part-months.
If you were charged after intending to cancel and we can verify that from your activity, email us and we'll refund as a one-off goodwill gesture.
5. Chargebacks
If you have a refund concern, please email us first. Chargebacks bypass our process and may result in account suspension while the dispute is resolved.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you believe the product was misrepresented or significantly different from its description, contact us and we'll work with you to resolve it fairly.
