Is this a subscription?+
No. It is a one-time payment for one digital track — yours to keep. Nothing physical is shipped. Stag Vault Complete (Lifetime Access, £25 one payment) includes this track and all 223 others.
Do I need a paid AI account?+
No. The prompts work in the free tiers of ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, and you can also run them inside Stag Vault with your daily allowance. A paid AI plan simply gives you more runs and longer outputs.
What licence is included?+
A personal, single-user licence. Use the prompts and everything they produce in your own projects and client work. You may not resell, redistribute or repackage the prompt text itself.
What if the delivery email doesn't arrive?+
Check spam or promotions first — it comes from Shopify on behalf of Stag Vault. Still missing after 15 minutes? Contact Stag Vault (stagvault.co.uk/contact) with your order number and we'll re-send the link the same day. If you bought while signed in, the track is already unlocked in your account.
I paid with a different email than my Stag Vault login.+

What is the refund policy for digital products?+
Digital content is delivered immediately, so under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 the 14-day cancellation right ends once the download or access begins — you confirm this at checkout and purchases are final once opened.
